Instructions:
1. Donations of $25 or more are eligible for an official donation receipt from Edmonton Public Schools.
2. Below Gift Amount, note that "Donors should specify both the school and the donation's purpose at the time of contribution", and then specify "Westbrook School".
3. Under Purpose for Donation, add "Playground".
